Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping & Delivery

• We strive to provide a delivery service that meets your expectations, so please provide an accurate address.
• We ship orders via "Home Delivery" service daily except Fridays and public holidays.
• Delivery time is within 10 to 14 business days from the order confirmation date.

Delivery Fees

• Orders under 20 OMR: Delivery fee of 2 OMR applies.
• Orders over 20 OMR: Free delivery (subject to ongoing offers).
• International shipping and Dhofar region depend on international procedures.

Cancellation

You can contact customer service to cancel the order before it is processed. If processed, it will be treated as a return. We reserve the right to disable COD for customers with repeated cancellations/non-receipts.

Returns

• Returns allowed within 7 days of purchase if in original condition.
• Defective or wrong items can be returned free of charge.
• Other returns incur a delivery fee of 2 OMR.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with the invoice.
• Oud oils (Dehn) and Incense (Bukhoor) are excluded from returns/exchanges.
• Refunds processed within 14 business days.

Exchange

• Exchange allowed within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
• Manufacturing defects can be exchanged even if opened.
• For non-defective exchanges, customer bears shipping fees (2 OMR) plus price difference.
